Foo Fighters have locked in a new of dates for their 2020 Van Tour.
All 11 dates, originally slated for the spring, have been rescheduled to October and November this year, kicking off in Ontario's Hamilton FirstOntario Centre. The full tour schedule is below.
Dave Grohl announced the postponement in ceremonious Dave Grohl fashion, " “Hi, this is Dave. Remember me? The guy who wouldn’t even postpone a show when my godd**** leg was falling off? Well, playing a gig with a sock full of broken bones is one thing, but playing a show when YOUR health and safety is in jeopardy is another."
He continued, “We fuckin’ love you guys, so let’s do this right an rain check shit. The album is done and it’s fuckin’ killer. The lights and stage are in the trucks ready to go. The second we are given the go ahead, we’ll come tear shit up like we always do. Promise. No go wash your hands.”
The rock ambassador wrapped up the press conference by sharing his plans to deliver toilet paper to every single American household, as reported by Kerrang.
“I figured, as long as we got [the van] old Doris here, we’d use her,” said Dave, opening the van's side door to reveal stacks of toilet paper filling the back compartment from floor to ceiling.
