Public Tributes to Neil Peart of Rush Popping Up Across America

While rock fans continue to grapple with the shocking death of Rush drummer Neil Peart, heartfelt public tributes to the man known by fans as "The Professor" are popping up across the country.

Electronic billboards proclaiming "Farewell to the King"--a reference to Rush's 1977 album, A Farewell to Kings--have been seen seen across the state of Pennsylvania. Fans have been snapping pics of the billboards and sharing them on social media. See three such displays below.

In St. Louis, record store Vintage Vinyl pulled a lyric from Rush song "Tom Sawyer" to pay tribute to the fallen drummer on the shop's marquee. The store shared the image on Facebook. See it below.
