Ahhh! Michael McDonald is doing a livestream!

Open the door: Michael McDonald's coming in!

The blue-eyed soul legend is planning a special livestream concert Wednesday, Sept. 30 for fans looking for a little sweet freedom. HOME ALONE: A Special Solo Concert Event will feature "songs from The Doobie Brothers, from Michael's solo career, maybe a cover or two and the stories behind them."

Tickets are on sale for $20, or a $40 bundle that includes an exclusive banyan tree bandana and a limited-edition autographed poster.

McDonald had planned to hit the road this year with The Doobie Brothers for the first time since 1995, on their 50th anniversary tour. No word on whether or not McDonald will add to the Home Alone theme by rigging his house with booby traps.
