So, this year was pretty rough. Understatement, we know, but there's no need to twist the knife. We're here to celebrate actually surviving the massive dumpster fire that is 2020, and looking forward to turning this ship around and heading for much smoother sailing into 2021. And yes, that was a Christopher Cross reference.

We're all still a little crispy around the edges from the madness that is this current pandemic. All the more reason to celebrate the things that bring us joy. Like music! So with no further adieu, here's our 2020 holiday gift guide. There's less than three weeks of shopping days left until Santa Claus straps on a face mask and glove and heads out for his annual rounds. Hanukkah is even closer. So time is of the essence! No time to dawdle. Just click the link and send the gift. Even if it's a little late, your loved ones will appreciate the thought and effort. They'll appreciate it even more if the gift rocks. So let's rock!

VOL 4

Black Sabbath Vol. 4 Super Deluxe Edition Box Set
Watch the Sabbath fan in your life bark at the moon with joy when they discover this killer box under the tree. Well, it's not out until February, so get creative in the meantime. We suggest a cool stocking stuffer, like a Black Sabbath face mask. Because just look! This thing is out of control, and well worth the wait. Packed with previously unreleased live and studio tracks, it even comes with a poster print of the album cover featuring the original title: Snowblind. So naughty.

Yes incense

Yes Incense and Tales from Topographic Oceans Burner
This year of 2020 marks 47 years since Yes blew minds with the double-album featuring just four songs. Lose yourself in the prog-rock bliss with an able assist from this authentic Yes incense, complete with a cool Topographic printed burner.

LZI50

Led Zeppelin Immigrant Song/Hey, Hey What Can I Do 7-inch Single
In celebration of Led Zeppelin III’s 50th anniversary, the band will reissue the Japanese version of the album’s only single – “Immigrant Song” b/w the non-album track “Hey, Hey, What Can I Do” – on 7” vinyl. Limited to 19,700 copies, it comes in a sleeve that replicates the original artwork. Grab yours in a bundle with this sweet t-shirt.

STOMPBOX

Stompbox: 100 Pedals of the World's Greatest Guitarists
A cool one for the guitarists in the house. A deluxe celebration of the unsung hero of guitar music–the effects pedal. This amazing book showcases the actual effects pedals owned and used by Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Frank Zappa, Alex Lifeson, Andy Summers, Eric Johnson, Adrian Belew, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Ed O’Brien, J Mascis, Lita Ford, Joe Perry, Thurston Moore, Lee Ranaldo, Vernon Reid, Kaki King, Nels Cline and 82 other iconic and celebrated guitarists. Written by legendary rock scribe Dan Epstein, it's a must-read for any fans of rock and roll guitar sounds, and the stompboxes that make them happen.

KISS 2020Goodbye

KISS 2020 Goodbye Concert Stream
Rock fans are really hurting this year, with live concerts shut down thanks to the pandemic. It's been an especially rough ride for KISS fans, who were in the middle of celebrating the band's legacy on the End of the Road tour. Gene Simmons and company are doing what they can to ease the pain with a very special NYE concert, live from the Atlantis in Dubai. Tickets start at $39.99, so there's a price point for every KISS fan and gift-giver. Rock on!

EAGLES FOR LADIES

Eagles Women's Hotel California Tee
The ladies are so tired of always swimming in giant men's concert t-shirts. Thankfully, enough rockers have realized this, and make sure to represent women at the merch booth. We really like this Hotel California number in honor of 40 years since the classic album was released.

GEN BLANKIE

Genesis Crest Throw Blanket
Warm up those chilly winter nights with a pretty, pretty sweet classic Genesis throw blanket. This number sells itself.

GRATEFUL DEAD MUG

Grateful Dead Shakedown Wide Mouth Pottery Mug
We love this limited edition 16 oz mug. It features a heavy base with a tall, wide body tapering in slightly at the top before rounding out at the edges. Amethyst Horizon two-tone glaze mimics a light blue and purple tie dye with a speckled body and a purple speckled coat that runs over the rim. Custom unglazed raised clay medallion with etched out glaze filled SYF Grateful Dead Shakedown design and custom bottom SYF Shakedown Limited Edition stamp. Get one!

HIDE YOUR SHEEP

Van Halen 1982 Live Tour T-Shirts
It's so hard to believe that we live in a world without Eddie Van Halen. We've been celebrating the life and legacy of one of the greatest to ever pick up a guitar, so we were really psyched to see these babies pop up on the band's website. Originally featured on the tour merch for Van Halen's "Hide Your Sheep" world tour for the Diver Down album, this classic image is one of the coolest graphics ever used by any rock band. "For the 1982 tour, the logo design was a lion wearing sunglasses with palm trees reflected in the lenses," David Lee Roth once explained. "Just that logo delivers you a message, delivers you a lifestyle, an attitude. Right away, whether you're from Korea or Tijuana, you get it."

CC X RP

Christopher Cross 40th Anniversary Gear
Chris has had one hell of a 2020. Instead of going on tour to celebrate 40 years of his instantly classic debut album, the run was postponed indefinitely by the pandemic. Then, Cross came down with COVID-19: "Some of you may have seen me on CBS This Morning with Erin Burnett," he shared on social media. "I am typically a very private person, but wanted to remind everyone how serious COVID-19 is." Cross went ahead and released a merch collection for the 40th anniversary, including a cool zip-front hoodie and even a tote bag. We're especially enamored with the t-shirt featuring a photo of Chris wearing a Richard Pryor t-shirt. Check it all out here. Keep getting better, Christopher Cross!

DAD HAT LB

Lindsey Buckingham Dad Hat
A sweet lid for any rockin' dad in your life. Dad hats also look especially cute on the ladies, too. Gotta represent for Mr. Holiday Road himself! Happy Merry!
