It seems forever ago since Neil Young first announced on his Neil Young Archives site that he was planning to play old arenas with Crazy Horse.

With the shakedown of live music events in the current world of the COVID-19 epidemic, Young has taken to keeping his fans entertained in lockdown. Most recently, Young dropped raw vintage concert footage with Crazy Horse, shot in Buffalo on Feb. 16, 1991.
The concert video hasn't been edited in any way, as Young writes, "We normally would have fixed some things and we will get to it . . . . but… we are sharing this with all of you now just as it is -“in all its Ragged Glory” as Briggs would have said..."
The Godfather of Grunge added that he was unable to retrieve the master recording from the archives facility due to coronavirus restrictions "because we are staying in place to protect everyone. That is needed for this moment we are in. We want you, our captive audience, to get this piece of Crazy Horse history right now."
Young also noted that this release is part of his "Uncle Eddie" program, which he began in 2019 after an older fan called Uncle Eddie lamented he wouldn't live long enough to see the public release of Young's archived material.
The concert film is available at Young's website.
