Celebrating Sesame Street's 50th season, the Foo Fighters frontman recorded wholesome track "Here We Go Song" with Elmo and Big Bird, and it's arrived on YouTube, to the delight of kids and adults alike.

"Hi," Grohl enthusiastically waves. "It's nice to come here and be with my friends, Big Bird and Elmo. I was just thinking, there are friends everywhere, even ones that you don't know.

Grohl and his new buds trek throughout the nation in the video, "Here we go, we're on our way, new adventure everyday. All across America, whoa. From our street to your street, here we go, here we go!"

The legendary drummer is no stranger to his furry friends. In 2015, Grohl battled Animal of The Muppets in a frenzied drum-off, and it's a hard call deciding who came up on top. Grohl and Animal furiously insult each other as the drumming becomes louder, faster, and wilder - forced to finish at a tie as their snares, toms and cymbols come crashing down.

"You win," acknowledge both breathless drummers at the end.

Foo Fighters shared the Sesame Street video on their official Twitter account, too, captioned "Here we go @sesamestreet!"
