The latest episode of the Rhino Podcast included a chat with two of the people who helped put together Chicago At Carnegie Hall Complete, this year's exciting 50th anniversary box set edition featuring the band's iconic live dates in New York. This week's episode goes even further in-depth on the package, with the help of two more important players!

This time, Rich Mahan goes deep with the help of Lee Loughnane and Tim Jessup, two very significant figures to the group. Loughnane, of course, has been part of the band's signature horn section since the band formed in 1967, and still plays trumpet and flugelhorn with Chicago today. Jessup was the engineer for Chicago At Carnegie Hall Complete; together, the duo painstakingly went through some 40 reels of tapes to remaster all eight of the band's performances between April 5-10, 1971 for their premiere, full-scale release.
