Ringo Starr is about to turn 80(!) years old on July 7th, and he's inviting some of his famous friends to celebrate with him. "Ringo's Big Birthday Show" is a an online charity concert set for YouTube that night at 8PM ET.

The show will be a blend of new at-home performances and rare concert footage from a cavalcade of stars including Paul McCartney, Sheryl Crow, Joe Walsh, Sheila E, Ben Harper, and more: “I love birthdays,” Starr told Rolling Stone. “This year is going to be a little different. There’s no big get-together, there’s no brunch for 100. But we’re putting this show together – an hour of music and chat. It’s quite a big birthday.”
Ringo is set to roll out a new version of his song, "Give More Love," which will be packed with cameos from the likes of Elvis Costello, Jackson Browne, Jeff Bridges, Willie Nelson, and more, during the broadcast.
The charity livestream will benefit four organizations: Black Lives Matter Global Network, The David Lynch Foundation, MusiCares, and WaterAid. Ringo Starr is asking that fans recognize July 7th in solidarity and “say, think, or post #peaceandlove at noon their local time on July 7th.”
