The Killers have announced their new album Imploding the Mirage will release in spring 2020. The rock band also revealed their 2020 tour slate with stops throughout the UK and Ireland, including London, Manchester and Dublin. Blossoms, Sam Fender and Manic Street Preachers will open for select dates.

Imploding the Mirage succeeds their release of political song "Land of the Free" and their 2017 album release of Wonderful Wonderful. Earlier this year the band teased potential new songs on their Instagram, though it is unclear whether these song titles will be included in their forthcoming album.

“We’ve been in Utah doing it,” Flowers shared with NME earlier this year of the new album. “That’s where I fell in love with music for the first time; so it’s interesting to be there again and hear some of that music with the geography matching the sensation. Some of that stuff is starting to resurface and a lot of that had to do with synthesizer music. It’s always been part of our DNA but it’s definitely creeping up.”
