Here's some news to keep you runnin': The Doobie Brothers have added 11 dates to their ongoing 50th anniversary tour.

Originally set to commence in 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic sidelined their plans, The Doobies launched their latest trek last summer. Notably, this tour is the first in 25 years to feature beloved singer/keyboardist Michael McDonald, the voice of hits like "What a Fool Believes" and "Takin' It to the Streets." He'll be joined by founding members Patrick Simmons and Tom Johnston as well as longtime guitarist John McFee.

The tour, including newly-announced performances in Chicago, Los Angeles and Nashville, add to an already robust calendar that'll see the group travel the country between May and October of this year, including an eight-show residency at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood. “We are excited to play more shows in 2022 and will be coming back around to Nashville to wrap things up, which is fitting as that’s where we first announced our 50th Anniversary Tour back in 2019,” Johnston said in a statement.
